Wow, I'd be very happy if my car made that much power.

I figure I'm low on power because my car runs really lean. I need a tune but don't want to do it until I get all the bolt ons and maybe a cam.

From a stop, they are a great race for my car. I would imagine from anything but a dig, I would pretty much waste what I assume had to be a stock Mach 1.
Good kill, btw
Dan03 - sounds like you would give me a little more trouble
I might just a little bit.. But I don't think I'll be racing anyone for about a week or two.. I think something is messed up in my rear end.. It makes a fast tapping sound only at low rpm and only every once in a while.. Mainly heard when I shift gears and hold in the cluch for a little bit and let the rpms fall.. I don't know what it is yet but I will be taking the TA cover off and looking to see what I can find.. I hope its nothing major I have only had the new rear in there for about 3 months...

Well since the new laws are out that if you get caught street racing they will take you straight to jail, it kinda keeps people from racing too much.. I did have this nice red WS6 come roll up on me on the hwy way looking like he wanted some reving up next to me.. Well I got on it just a little to see what he had.. He started to get on it till I down shifted to 3rd and hammered it, took off on him like he was standing there.. I guess he didn't want any after that.. Not too many people race on the street around here anymore though. That is why I go to the track, and I have all kinds of fun with them there..

Too true!

It's just not worth losing your license - and in some states - your car too!
