thats a good kill but the bike isn't much to be proud of.
a stock 2003 f4i only does about 145
they're the shittiest stock 600 you can buy
try to find a new honda 1000rr
that would be a good stock bike to run
if i remember right they have close to 145 rwhp
as for bike aerodynamics holding them down at high speeds why is it that any liter bike can do 175 miles an hour out of the box
then do a lil computer work and a full pipe and 195 is in the realm of possibility

101rwhp is pretty good for a 600... My 1000 only put down 125.something, but I don't think my exhaust valve was opening all the way. It hit 10.5K and started to go flat.
(EXUP valve, not actual "cylinder mounted" exhaust valve(s). )

I think my 1000 was rated at 150 at the motor, but I only got 125 to the wheel. A friend with the same bike got 135.

1. The bike isn't stock.
2. It goes faster than 145
3. It is an 01
4. The faster a bike goes the slower it accelerates in relation to a car because of aerodynamics, period. This is common knowledge.
5. A liter bike has nothing to do with this thread.

who said the 600 isn't stock?
Ya know what nic whatever the hell your nickname is i'm not going to acknowledge your ignorance with an argument. Do a little reading and you'll realize how wrong you are. A bike is a good kill but ya'll act like he just beat the best bike out there.
Ohh yeah and I would love to see a built camaro run 195 consistently night after night, but I guess your right, bikes have the shittiest aerodynamics of any vehicle ever made. That is why they have the nickname bullet. I'm just an ignorant bastard

Ok I can't let this go...
I've personally ridden bikes for 17 years total, sportbikes for five. I can't help but notice but the rider in the video was damn near the worst rider I've ever watched on a bike. You didn't mention the rider's weight... he could have doubled the weight of the bike. I also noticed the lame f4i being ahead of the car for 3/4 of the race until the car finally started to pull by then all the sudden the video stops. I'm hoping that was just a coincidence.
