Will I lose?

Mods in sig vs. 96 A4, Lt1 (duh) with full bolt-ons (3.73 gears, full exhaust, headers, thermostat, intake, TB, hand ported cylinder heads, MSD ignition, etc.). I can always beat him by at least 2 car lengths, but he is getting a LT4 HotCam with CompCams "hydra-rev???" kit. Currently he has the ZZ3 cam, which I guess is more of a stump-puller. How will our race be after his cam change and if I lose how bad will it be? We usually race to about 115mph.

Should be a very close race now.
He should be able to pull ahead down low, with you edging up at the top end.
If I'm not mistaken, a heads and cam LT1 should be anywhere within 330-370rwhp.
You're at full bolt-ons, probably around 330-340rwhp.
Different powerbands though.
