Damnit the tracks closed until April. I do have a new clutch and it is holding great but no track or me for another 4 months.

that zo6 is the f-body bitch. i whooped his *** from a 40-140+run.
at the time my setup was:
1996 lt1, moroso cai, 1le elbow, airfoil, lt4 km, stock manifolds, no cats(stock y) cutout, pro 5.0 shifter with LSS, NX 150 shot (no warmer). with this same setup i could run even with carlos(S.fl 02ss) when he was trapping 118.
simple f-body > $50,000 with a tool driving.
at the time my setup was:
1996 lt1, moroso cai, 1le elbow, airfoil, lt4 km, stock manifolds, no cats(stock y) cutout, pro 5.0 shifter with LSS, NX 150 shot (no warmer). with this same setup i could run even with carlos(S.fl 02ss) when he was trapping 118.

uhh, you were the one who came in and asked "How do you figure" when necro said he would beat the Z06. I was just stating how that would be very unlikely for the Z06 to win. Obviously we all know anything can happen in a street race. Before a street race actually happens, all we can do is speculate based on what we know. Assuming necor's numbers are correct it seems highly unlikely he would lose. What aren't you getting about this?

Lets not get carried away. Anyone can Spend $500-$1000 to bolt in a 150 shot. You think a guy who just spent $50k on a car couldnt easily do that too if he wanted to get you right back to being his bitch? As far as the driver i can't comment on that
I obviously love Fbod's but Z06's are awesome cars. They aren't exactly Fbody's bitch's. They are the next step up from our cars.

allright. sorry i have been away over the weekend, but i have another race to post soon guys.. 2004 cobra with all pullies swapped and a filter with a cat back. this time i did get a good camera man and it was filmed from the inside of my car. we did it 1st gear roll all the way to 130mph. i was able to edge him out by a bumper. unit213, you should be able to enjoy it. video will come soon!!!
