hey i need yall's opinion some kid just got his lisence and his dad bought him a 04 cobra also his dad bought him bassani exhaust (x-pipe and back). He's been struttin around like hot **** for the past few days. anyway i'm gonna get headers and high flow cats soon and was wondering if i even have a chance. btw i don't think he knows how to shift very well. can i hang with him or will i get my *** handed to me on a silver platter

It all will depend on his driving abilities. If he really sucks then you have a shot. I just raced a car with similar mods as you and I pulled on him. My Cobra is an '04 and it is bone *** stock with paper plates still on it.
