He is a waste of your time. My Grand Cherokee 5.9 Limited (as well as all 5.9 limiteds) was governed at 115 when it was stock and shifted at about 5000rpms (no hp, lots of torque). It ran a 14.8 with an open exhaust. The only way he'll beat you is if it's in the 1/8th and it's raining.
