I don't see any internal motor mods. Stock 2V motor at 11psi?
It's on borrowed time.

How much would it take to build the bottom end?

Is it a 5.0? If it is a 5.0 from the late 80's I believe they come with forged bottom ends

Nope its the the normal 2V engine like Unit said. I will probably will buy it because of how cheap the monthly payments will be and do the heads/cams/etc.

Oh I thought we were still talking about the white one. There was a guy here who had a white 600 RWHP 2v You could ask him. I would estimate it would cose 2-4k to do a properly built bottom end.

And you drive a Dodge Turbo 4-banger no less

But I would give them a call no less, IDK if would need to build the whole bottom end, I Believe the rods need to go but I am not sure if the crank has to go or about other parts etc.

I will find out. He said 16.5k and I asked if he can go down to 14.5 and now hes down to 15.5 but that is with the rims, TB, and inlet tube off.

Wait a minute! You're gonna finance this??? $1000 is like $20 extra a month! If you can do 15.5 ....

With all these Stangs, you're starting to get closer and closer to what I am asking for my car

Don't f*ck around with those 'stangs if you can pick up Velocity's ride. It looks sick!

You'll be faster and N/A.

Check your PM's too.

That Cobra is a steal, but it might be hard to sell unless you get reciepts and such for when the engine was rebuilt. No matter, if that is legit, a 40,000 miles chassis + tranny with a 1000 mile engine is pretty damn cheap..and its blown.

I would get velocity's car if I were you though

I just talked to a friend of mine at the local used Chevy dealer... he said not to wait until spring to move on a Z06, because they will pull a premium then. Plus, I would love to take a month's break from car payments and insurance on the WS6. So it looks like I have extra motivation to move my WS6 here reasonably quickly if you know what I mean

The only thing is he said he would have to get it on a dealer trade which means he can't really cut me that great of a deal. He said he'll give it to me at his cost + $500, which I think is fair... but what do you guys think is a fair price on a used C5 Z06 with low mileage? Could be 02, 03, or 04... I'm thinking mid-to-low 30s. Am I in the ballpark?
