Before I got my SS and Mach I had a 1.8T Jetta. I had a cold air intake, chip, and turbo back exhaust. That thing was quick as hell. I could hang and sometimes pull on stock ls1's (auto). That car was awesome I miss it, damn this thread

Not sure if it is quicker or not, don't know his ET's or mph. His rwhp is slightly more, but my car weighed less than his, and looked significantly better, cornered significantly better and was pretty much and overall better ride!

Chris is significantly more of an ******* too.
I would say that your car would be quicker/faster based on the supsension, rear end, and overall setup. Mine makes more power and pulls all the be-itches though unlike that 20yo POS you had. Some gold D's and you'd fit right into the Menace to Society scene.
edit: I haven't been to the track in a while so no new times.
Next spring...

oh, I guess the chips increase the boost? I thought you needed a separate controller for that. My god, all these little turbo eco cars are so easy to make fast.

I saw tit bars stang one night at Krogers in Deer Park and that mother f***** is or was badass. I,m not suckin *** but I would take that ride over a cobra any day. Plus the sob was fast as ****.
