my buddy has basically the same thign.....i have a stock c5 M6 and he can beat me in that any time he wants to

No problems with the VVT so far, but I've only tuned with the S-AFC, maybe once the PowerFC goes in and I can adjust timing I will have some trouble... But I hope not. I can always buy new cams that don't support VVT and just get rid of it... but then I'd have wasted my money on the S14 motor since I'd be ditching both the better turbo and the better valvetrain... such a delimma... especially since I opted to go without the high-port head of the S13 motor.
