Well heres my run in with a 01 roush mustang The mustang had a 12 lb vortech blower and all the bolt ons.I just get off the parkway get on to 231 and sure enough the first car that piulls up to me is this gray roush mustang with all the bages and some crazy looking aftermarket hood.The blower is extremly loud I give him a thumbs up on the car we get next to each other at a light.I ask if wants to go for a quick run he agrees we both ease out on it about at 20mph we both hit it I instantly pull 2 cars on him and shut it down.We pull over shoot the **** he tells me he just got it back from mustang magic it was making 380rwhp and 370 torque.I told him what I had My set up is eastside H/C with all the bolt ons.Cool mustang guy

 

i dout he's running 12lb's of boost but good kill i miss long island

 

Thats what he told me he was running and he showed me the gauge giving it gas.

 

How much power you puttin down to instantly pull 2 cars on a 380rwhp car

 

I putting down 440 rwhp plus I have 12 bolt 410's out back.

 

There is a guy around where I live that has an 02? GT with a built shortblock and a Vortech with 15LBS of boost. He is putting 600+ RWHP to the ground, so it is VERY possible he was running 12 LBS of boost.

I just watched an '01 GT with Procharger starting at 8 PSI to 13 PSI at redline put down 401/401 Saturday. He had full MAC exhaust with LT's and CAI. He had his timing at 10* with an A/F of 14.5:1. That scared the crap outta me when I saw the A/F then I remembered that I run 22* of sparkadv with that 11.9:1 A/F so there's mucho difference.

 

I dont think 15psi would be anywhere near 600rw would it?

 

231 huh maybe I should head up there with the ws6 rarely go there now in the winter only in the spring time/season time now once in a while will cruise by in the wrx. but sweet kill and I want a run at this guy now.

12lbs can be done. I run 12lbs with my Roush set up.<<modified ofcourse>> 380 seems a lil low unless he doesn't have much of anything else. But stock 2valve couldn't take anymore boost, I am told.
