'03 Cobra
It was Saturday night, and on my way home from a local street racing spot, I see an '03 Cobra on the highway. My buddy spotted it first, and pointed it out, so I got beside him at about a 70 mph roll. I put it into second (A4), and gave him a couple blips. He seemed like he didn't want to play, so I eased away from him to just go around him. Then I heard him get on it, so I did the same. I had a fender on him for about 5 seconds, and during that 5 seconds, I was wondering how my stock T/A was beating a Cobra. Anyway, it was a quick 5 seconds, and before I knew it, he had two cars on me. So, we let off, and I got beside him to tell him I was impressed. He was a cool guy, so we exchanged thumbs up, and I went home with my tail between my legs.
I hate losing, but at least now I know what an '03 Cobra is capable of doing to me.
I must say that I am pretty impressed with the '03 Cobras. I had my first race with one the other night.

I don't think I would have won off a roll if I still had my 2001 WS6 A4, and it ran a best of 11.90@112. I used to lose to bone stock M6's on the freeway with the A4.
Good Race! Get some mods and then you will see something differant. A Stall alone can put a stock LS1 into high 12`s. Good Luck!

Or instead of paying $600 dollars for a TC ... you could just get the M6 LS1, and run high 12s completely stock...
Anywho, good run Nick. The 2003 Cobras are in fact (even though its hard to say) faster cars than a stock LS1, so there is no shame in losing to one. But a few bolt-ons later, and the tables start to turn.
what!!! I beat my friend's 02 ws6 (M6) with my ride from 65ish to 115 or so I even got the video to prove it but I gotta get some stuff from best buy befor I can post it

Yeah my z28 A$ with sy3500 TC beat my bro's SS M6 on a roll. My bro had more mods then me at the time also, but my car was lighter.
The difference is very small from a roll, but the stock A4 vs stock M6 the M6 will pull a little ahead. It's not like he'll put cars on you.
