Suckered a ZO6
Last spring, I had borrowed my buddy's 01 SS for a couple days. I don't want to get into too many details, but his is charged and very fast. I was cruisin one night and these two younger looking guys were doing the same in an Electron Blue ZO6. At one point I pulled over to talk to a friend that I saw walking by. The driver of the vette asked me to run. I said sure. I followed him to a pretty wide open main road and we went from around 25 mph. The passenger in the vette counted down. We both slammed on the gas and I spun like crazy, whereas the vette grabbed and took off. The passenger stuck his arm out the window taunting me. Once I grabbed and he saw me coming, his arm flew back inside the window and I passed them at around the change from 3rd to 4th. It was such a RUSH! They were shocked, but they were cool about it.

Nice kill!
I was on a local highway (I55) last year with a buddy that had a heads/cam + procharged + N2O WS6. We ran a black ZO6 from about a 70mph roll. Boy, that was one shocked vette owner I think the phrase "sucked the paint right off of him" applies here.

LOL!! Well, not quite 700rwhp It had a 346ci motor; an A4 with an unlocked vig3200 'verter and it made 510rwhp without the 50 wet shot. We never dynoed it on spray though... I speak of the car in the past tense here because it now has two holes in the block and some melted pistons.
