I rarely get to race bikes, but today was my lucky day. Unfortunately, I had 2 passengers with me weighing me down.
First race was with a 1200cc Buell. I'm not sure what model it was, but it was very short in length and looked like it had a tubular type frame around it. Went from a slow 10mph roll, and by 90 mph I had about 5 cars on him. I figured it was a 600cc or something like that, but when we pulled up next to him at a light he said it was a 1200!!
We ended up going from a 50 punch after we talked, and the same results. About 4 cars to 100mph or so.
I dead hooked every time. Thank you 315s!
Later in the afternoon I encounter a Ninja looking to race. We both pull up at a light, and both gingerly coast off the line, punching it at around 10mph again, and once again dead hooking. We wound it out to about 70mph, and we were dead even. No one pulling. I stopped early since the woman was nagging and I didn't feel like hearing about it the rest of the night.
I'm not sure what engine he had. No labelling, single muff, so I figured maybe it was a 500cc Ninja?? It was definately a newer body style with the newer looking LED taillights.
I'm now starting to enjoy playing with bikes, although I'm just barely able to hang w/ the entry level ones.

Very nice! The Ninja was definatly not a 500cc,my bet is that was a zx6r or zx9r. i have a ZX6R and i suck at the track , but i still run 11.79@118 with a 1.91 60ft. With both of you coming off the line soft and staying right with each other i would say it was the 6R or the 9R-just my opinion. Now matter what bike it is/was,NICE! I have a friend that bought an 02 9R NINJA and he sucks worse than me for racing, i can smoke him past 100,but then the ***** blows by worst than i pulled him off the line,it's all fun ,right!

Nice race verbs, so you like the 315s?
I've raced a Zx6 at the track and beat it, but it was close.
