kill story One day the wife and went to go to a bedding store to get a new mattress since we needed one. We found one of the beds we liked and decided to get it. We left so I could get my father to help with the transportation of it since he has a truck and I dont. We got there, and they needed the address and directions to my house since no one has been to my town at that store. My father agreed to travel to my house with the fella' since it ended up being free delivery! I chose to drive my t/a and followed the moving truck most of the way there. Well, three miles into it, I came across a 94-95 vette. I always anticipate getting red light when this occassion occurs, and guess what, I got it!! That light turned green and we were neck and until I hit second gear and I left him until I hit about 100 mph which is the end of third for me, then I let up off the gas, since I was winning. Well, he must of thinking I was still racing him 'cause he blew by me when I slowed down to about 55---> which was the speed limit. Oh well, maybe next time we can see who runs faster at the top end.

Re: kill story The only mods I have done to my car is I shortened the egr tube in the throttle body, I shaved the underside of my lid to were it is flat, I cut the bottom of my airbox out, and I shaved the silencers off. I have also practiced shifting with the llloooonnngggg throw stock shifter. Maybe I will get to buy a short shifter and be that much faster!
