Eclipse vs MTI 422 on N20

Eclipse vs MTI 422 on N20 Anyone else see the race last night. From what I saw the Eclipse had 2 on Justins TA when both of the cars past me around the 1/8 mile mark. But from what I heard the TA somehow made somekind of miracle comeback and pulled on the Eclipse. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Roll Eyes]" src="images/icons/rolleyes.gif" /> Anyone else?

Re: Eclipse vs MTI 422 on N20 What I heard is that the eclipse had two on justin and he let off due to the fact he thought the quater mile was over. From other people responses, they said the eclipse would have one if he would have made a better judgement of the quarter mile. Two 9 sec cars running against eachother. Not to much room for error.

Re: Eclipse vs MTI 422 on N20 I think the race would have been much better if Justin could of hooked up. I was standing about 100 ft. from where they started and when he passed me I heard him let out of it and get back in it. He seemed to be spinning quite a bit. Although that Eclipse was fast, it was a turbocharger.com car that they said made around 700 hp to the wheels. They also said they had a green car that made 300 hp more but it wasn't ready yet.
I wish they would have run it with Slomaro's car though. It was supposed to be him and the Eclipse for $1500 but it ended up being Justin and the Eclipse for $1000. I do have to say that was the best street race I had seen in a while. <img border="0" alt="[burn out]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_burnout.gif" />

We knew from the beginning Justin’s car was faster then that Eclipse. It more or less then just wanted to prove a point and take $1000 from them.
But first things first, Messiah whoever you are you failed to say that the Eclipse was a full out race car with a T-76 turbo on Dope, AWD.
And where the Hell did you get that Justin’s car had a 422. That is one high dollar motor that is not ever close to what's in the car. Try LS6 heads, cam car with Gas on it. <img border="0" alt="[judgement]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_judge.gif" />
But what’s even funnier about the hole thing is if the Turbocharger crew had so much confidence in the car then they would have taken are offer for a second race that night for Double the bet.
And then turn down another race Sunday. <img border="0" alt="[jester]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_jest.gif" />

Re: Eclipse vs MTI 422 on N20 Actually.... nobody here is telling the truth on what really happened. There was a discrepency as to where the finish line was. The guy in the Eclipse thought they were racing to the 1000ft mark and the MTI crew said that they were racing to the 1/4 mile mark.
Whatever the case may be, they never did agree on who crossed the finish line first. But, according to all of the videos that I saw that night, the Eclipse was ahead of the TA at the 1000ft mark and then let out.
Just for the record, the Eclipse is now broken. It fell apart on the track yesterday and the turbo fell onto the ground during a pass, so it'll probably be awhile before it's back out.

the owner of the eclipse left because they knew they would lose if they did it again they told us to do it at the track we told them no lets do it right now. whlie both cars were out here so the night would not be a waste and as for them not racing because thier money left with the owner of the car Justin told him he would race for free just to bust his ***. and we called the eclipse sunday to do it at the track but they didnt respond untill after their car broke. i guess they had to wait untill the had an excuse not to race. hope they fix thier car quickly so we can bust their ***.
