LOL.. thanks guys. Like I said I was as supprised as anyone, had I know beforehand that it was built/boosted AND on spray, I never would've raced him.. guess you never can tell! I know my old setup (and a simple one at that) in my Teg wouldn've rapped the guy like there was no tomorrow so, I guess that car had issues already.

Oh well, let's see what next week has in store for us now that I've got a few more domestics to come out and play with us

make sure next time you put some juice on that car of yours. Just a 100 shot will put that gsr in it's place for sure. All that lying words out of his mouth, it must have been hard to reframe myself from slapping him, ok punching, lol.

Anyway, nice job, if you race again, make sure you bring the juice.

great story...i hear you on the warp speed thing...i had my LS1 @ 150mph against an LT1 a few weeks back...definitely can get thrilling...good kill, and yes imports can have speed up top, just depends on what import...read sig

When I was in my 79 TA I was at the local bowling alley and some guys were hanging out where I parked cause they parked close too me..It was a black late 80's early 90's eclipse with the turbo hood with no emblems and he had the nerve to come to me and say "hey man you wanna run" I replied back run what? he goes "my eclipse and I'll give you 5 car lenghts too start" I thought too my self I have a 3.42 gear and 480 pounds of torque and he wants to give me 5 car lengths?? Something was wrong? plus it was for 200 bucks and next to a sheriff station say a mile away. I decided not to race him plus if we were caught its 2000 dolla and no more ride. Whats your thoughts

Very informative writeup! Also Nice kill, literally... From what Ive seen Honda setups modified with boost and spray are not very reliable....
