That guys setup "over a year ago" had like 4:30 gears, headers,catback, ORX, Pulleys, Slicks, and some suspension parts....
i think with those mods on an ls1 with the right driver, it would be a good race.But me being an LS1 owner with an M6, i still would not run 4:30 gears in my DD and that guy doesn't even have a 6th gear in that thing.
BTW those are some damn good times for the mach.
But this guy wanted to instigate on a stang forum, what did he think was gonna happen?
edit**here is that guys mods from his pass over a year ago..He wasn't "stock" then and he isn't now.
PHP spacer between upper and lower intake.
JBA headers (01 modified to fit),bassani x pipe (nocats), dynomax ultra flows cat back,PHP underdrive pullies, PHP A/C Bypass kit, Miezere Water Pump, Cobra R P/S pulley.
Driveline pieces
Aluminum flywheel, PHP HP clutch kit , PHP firewall adj and quadrant stock Tremec 3650, alum drivshaft, 31 spline moser axles, Eaton carbon fibre posi, 4:30 gears, PHP axle braces, stock front and rear brakes PHP upper and lower control arms, PHP drag spring kit, tokico 5way adj struts/shocks,subframe connectors and cage done by PHP PHP rear seat delete , corbeau race seats and harnesses bogart racing wheels.
Pass on 26x10 ET Drags at race weight of 3385(w/driver)

Damn I had no idea the Mach's were that quick! My buddy almost bought one a month ago, would've been interesting to line em' up from what I see.
