So now your talking about a built LS1 vs a stock 4.6L? Sure, go ahead and change what we are talking about. First it was FI LS1 vs FI DOHC. Now its N/A vs N/A. Your argument is STILL weak.

I see your point. The heads comparison is wrong, but the Cobra's basic design for forced inudction is the INDISPENSABLE part. Forced Induction is an external alternative to supplying oxygen to the cylinders. There is a "difference" when you are comparing NA and FI engines.

Upon discovering my POINT, you validated my post. NA LS1 > NA DOHC Cobra 4.6L

FI LS1 > FI DOHC Cobra 4.6L
See.

My comparisons are a FI LS1 versus and an already FI Cobra and an already NA LS1 versus a "detuned" NA DOHC Cobra 4.6L. The point is to allocate congruity in the way the air finds its way into the cylinders.

Compression has alot to do with the boost ability. ive seen ls1s run in the 10s on stock int on other means of power such as nitrous. the cobra can handle more boost cause it was built for boost. To bad they didnt build it for traction.

How is it an excuse? It's all fact. Typical ford boy response. Im not argueing, personally I can ****** care less.BTW, mach1s have 4 cams you said...

Ever heard of a Mach1? It only has 281cubes vs. the 346ci LS1 and it runs neck-and-neck with LS1's in bone stock trim. What's your arguement now?
I was giving you a reason why they run that way. You already knew that, however, you asked "what's your arguement now?"

Exactly, but you stooped to the LS1=346ci / MACH1=281ci Cobras have blowers, who ****** cares, I know I don't. None of the local 1s impress me anyway.

EDIT:Honestly Unit, "the" arguement is definitly old. I really could careless. I was just making a small point. I grow tired of the GM guys excuse of FI, and I grow tired of Ford guys excuse of ci. That is all.
