What does this mean?

What does this mean? A dope in a civic was trying to gun it, so I got on it, but my radar lit up, so I didn't blow him away for fear of cops. about 1/2 mi later, I had to turn. He was in of me front, and put his Hazards on for a couple seconds and then turned them off... Does that mean anything?

Yea it means that he thought he beat u.
It really pisses me off for some reason when the ricer boys do that ****. When they actually think they beat you. But in the same sense that helps you situate things for another race against one of his buddies, And get some money in your pocket

I just laugh at them and inform them they lost to an old Sonoma. When they ask about the turbo sound I just say it's an exhaust leak somewhere. They get pissed. Obviously most of them don't have the slightest clue what a Syclone is.

My friends and I have started using all those things with each other when we drive to places in separate cars. The whole nine yards, from "want 2 frum roll" to jaberwaki's "no ese" to cutting each other off and flipping on the hazards. It's hilarious for us, and everybody else thinks we're idiots.

Maybe he was thanking you for turning off and not embarrassing him.
Could have meant a couple of things. When I am behind someone I know, or just ran and then I'm turning off. I will flash my fogs to say "later" or whatnot. I'f I'm in front and someone flashes me with ther fogs or lights I hit my hazards to acknoledge them. Just like truckers flash there lights when you have enough room to move over infront of them then your supposed to flash your hazards back to say "thanks" but thats just me. If some punk wants to think he beat me, then so be. Till we meet again is all I think.
