anyone ever ran a.... just out of curiousity, has anyone here ever ran against a Mallett corvette? or has anybody ever seen one run. I was checking out a web site about them, they are some wicked machines.

Yeah actually, I ran a "base" model Mallett (heads, cam, suspension etc..) They super quick, very clean cars. Mallett's shop is only like 20 minutes from where I live and I've actually seen the way they build those cars, jaw dropping **** man. I actually saw a twin turbo set up goin into a c5, about lost it when I heard the price though. If you ask me they are just like lingenfelter, but not as widely known. Anyways in regards to the original question, he smoked my stock SS.

Yeah, I guess you could say it's almost identical. If I remember correctly, I believe during Car & Driver's supercar shootout, the Mallett was actually faster but didn't handle quite as nicely as the Lingenfelter so it lost.
