i raced a stage 1 a while ago can't remember what he had. we went from a 30 roll, he was even with me til about 100(me bein a A4)after that i just pulled him like crazy up top. he said that he let off after i was 3 cars in front. so from a roll those things can hang if he has ALL the stage 1 upgrades. btw if ur an m6 and can drive u won't have any problems beatin him.

if you do a nascar start aka roll race from 40 (which they like too) you should rape him....i did when i roll-raced a couple of them i pulled out like 2-3 cars in 2nd gear, and it got ugly through 3rd
I would say if he is a spectacular driver, mid 13's at best. The only mod he has that doesnt do anything is a mopar BOV.
Stage I - gives him full boost at launch... where a stage 0 car has 50% boost in first gear. Also gives him the ability to hold 100% boost when powershifting. Also Richens up the fuel curve for more boost.
AGP Intake - think of it as like an air lid
AGP Waste Gate - Allows him to hold more boost at redline, he doesnt have it turned up enough.
Home Made Air Bleed - a Primitive Boost controller... I had one of these on my SRT... it worked most of the time, it's used to controll the boost spike.... he really needs a boost controller.
TIP Mod - This is for stage 0 cars, it prevents them from throwing an overboost code, not needed for stage I
He really needs to spike 18 and hold 16. Thats how mine was setup, and it ran like a champ... never got any good times out of it though. Traction > Me.

i've raced a couple. one had intake and a aftermarket bov when all i had was my catback and gears. from a dig it was nasty, but from a 30 or so roll, he kept up with my rear bumper pretty good. i kinda ran with one recently that was supposedly a stage 3 runnin 32 lbs. he was lined up with a turbo cavalier and i was behind the srt, they went and i had to let off halfway thru 4th from a 30ish roll to keep from runnin over him. but since i was behind them, they got a lil jump on me. if the driver can drive tho, they're respectable
I agree I think it would be a drivers race, whoever gets the jump will most likely hold it a while. We raced a modded one in our Z06, he held his ground pretty good (until we got traction
