Need some info My friend is one of thoes peopl who thinks he knows everything about cars. He was formerly the owner of a 2003 mach 1. Just untill he traded it in a week ago. He bought a 2004 or 5 toyota X-runner. It has 250hp and 290lbft torqure. I think it weighs around 3600 pounds. He says he will easily take a single cab short bed dodge hemi. And that it is the next fastest truck besides a lightning and a dodge srt-10 is he right or is there a hemi owner on here with some good info to back it up that his toyata will not touch a hemi. I know this has nothing to do with Ls1s but i just need to shut him up. He also says his truck can out slolom f-bodies

3600lbs for a pick up seems a bit light. Id venture to say that a syclone pick up would stomp his ***, something proper. there are a few trucks out there between his and a 500HP dodge pick-up.

ok he is very wrong...besides the ford lightning and the dodge srt10 and the dodge rumble bee.. there are many truck that will be able to hanf or take him. stock to stock most trcks with a fullsize motor or the dodge dakota with the v8 magnum will take him. and for fbodies....lol....the guy is nutz!
yes it is a tacoma he says it runs 14s and 0-60 in 6.9 seconds. I raced him in my moms jeep cherokee and he was so happy he beat it. it only has a 3.7 liter v6. but when i raced him in the trans am he didnt say a wrod except i think i hung with u through first gear i just laughed.
