That guy has like 10 posts! For all you know, he came here just to find out what you got because he's aiming to bring you down.

The only reason I'm want to know what 213 is putting down is my friend is about to begin to mod his 03 cobra ,and he has a simular setup as the guy I want to race. I was just asking a question not looking to race 213.
Looking at a past issue of MMFF's six speed slaughter fest
A couple of those cars had what I imagine would be around 590rwhp. 2nd place was 10.79 1.58 60' with a stock Eaton@18psi w/75-100shot. 3rd place was a heavy vert with a lot of work. 4th place was 11.01 1.61 60' with a 2.3L Whipple@17psi. 5th place 11.09 1.86 60' and he had stock eaton@17psi and a 50 shot. 6th place 11.291 1.80 60' and he had a KB@17psi. All of these cars had the usual bolt-ons and level 5's.
So I would say, you'll need to run high 10's to hang or win.

1. Power

3. Driver
Knowing 1 of the 3 is a huge advantage when sizing up a race.
Of the 3, the power output of the car is the one I'd choose to know
if possible. One can assume the other two are both good.

Although power to weight and aerodynamics may also play a vital role.
