Chevy Nova Drag Racing
This is my 65 Chevy Nova I had in 2004 drag racing at my local track in the UK. it ran a best that day of 12.55 109mph. I sold it that day for £8,500 ($14,450)
It was a bit to race focused for me and needed trailering to the track, which I don't have and I would have had to by a suitable tow vehicle as well. So it had to go still I made a profit on what it cost to build it.
I bought it as a roller and put a 425hp SBC EFI motor in there plus Th350 with trans brake it had a ford 9" rear end with 4.10 gears.

Nova vid
Thanks,Yes it did I still miss it now, but it's hard to justify having a car worth £8,500 ($14,450) sat in the garage that you only use once a month.
It was a race car stripped interior Jaz racing seat bolted direct to the floor
Ride quaility was good on a flat straight drag strip but driving it to the track man it's like comparing the LS1 to Fred Flintstones car.
Scary fast though maybe I can get my LS1 in the 12's when I hookup that NOS kit.
Cheers Andy

That Nova is a nice ride.
The Camaro you have is nice as well. IMO, you could be in 12s with drag slicks or simply opening up the restrictive exhaust. The nitrous should put you where the Nova was IMHO, around 12.5.

Thanks, I am working on the exhaust, I have a noise reduction package for European market single outlet it sucks! I have an electric cutout I want to fit plus I intend to replace the single outlet with a duel outlet.
