I was rowing through the gears running errands, and this green civic hatch with spare tires (i guess for aero drag reasons?) was driving along in the other N. bound lane on a 4 lane. Well, I'm cruising at 45mph in 5th gear, and you can see this lil green blob from about 500 feet try and do a ricer fly-by (you can hear the windup, had windows down). I do the nice thing, I roll on from 5th gear upto 80mph an cruise. Only time he gets close is when he pulls up to the light 3/4 mile down the road. He just rolled up his windows an turned on his music as I start pumpin' the throttle to see if he wants to roll again .

Not an exciting kill, but really made me smile for the rest of the day just from a WOT 5th gear 45mph roll. Heck, my only mods are long tubes, no muffs, no cats, an intake (my only speed mods).

P.S. sorry I'm a lurker, been signed up for a while reading the tech bits, and love the LSx engines.
