should have stopped picking on stangs :(
Well I know that most of the ls1 on here aren't stock. I'm just saying that when someone comes on here and says they beat a stock LS1 in their stock mustang everyone freaks out. I know because I was a victim of this for a while on this board and then I put my procharger on and then people would say oh, okay I guess you could hang with a stock LS1 now. Not everyone on this board was like that though there were a few people that would understand that there is a possiblity of a stock mustang beating 16 year old kids in their brand new LS1 that they could barely drive.

Anyone forget about the fact the stang got a jump... a jump from a roll on two cars which are within 4 tenths in the 1/4 mile of each other is HUGE...
a stock A4 LS-1 from 32-49MPH, hate to say it, well... is slow

ohyea i know im faster than any stang GT stock for stock. ive aready crushed 2. but yea i learned this time not to take on someone form a 40 mph roll. and def not when the other car jumps first. i hate that thought when they wont line up beside you. he would just go wot and when i did and he wouldnt pull he let off. im startig to wonder if he lured me into the 40 mph range on purpose to get me in the dead spot.
but myself i have never seena mustang GT pre 05 run anyhting under 14's. this means NO DRAG radials. those are a modification. sorry but i dont even see a freak mustang running 13 anything stock. mabe at sea level and mabe on a track that was prepped RREALLY GOOD. and he was able to get real good traction off the line. and he just revved the RPM out and caught traction mabe. but that is the only scenario i can see it happening.
but either way i lost. doesnt bother me thought their is no fun in modding if you never loose. now once i start modding and get beside him again. even if he gets the jumps it wont take me so long to stop his pull.

When I added the SQ trim I dynoed 393rwhp (another old set up) with only a catback, offroad H and a powerpipe, all on a bone stock auto, oh with a diablo tune to. Most other Auto GTs with my mods were beggin for 350rwhp at 8psi. My car aslo made around 9psi with that set up.
