Turbo Porsche vs. C6ZO6 . . . a MUST READ
I can't BELIEVE the blind ignorance that SOME, not all, Turbo Porsche owners have when discussing the C6ZO6
I was in a thread on the 6speed forums and some, NOT ALL, of these rocket scientists actually believe a chipped 996TT can take a C6ZO6
I understand brand loyalty and faithfulness to your car but COME ON! Reality has to set in sometime
http://www.6speedonline.com/forums/s...ad.php?t=45334
You'll see that a lot of guys in the thread, whom actually own 996TT'S and other model Porsche's, are actually trying to convince the nay-sayers of the truth.
It's crazy to think if I roll up on a TTPorsche in my heavily modified LS1 that he might actually believe that my car doesn't stand a chance of beating his
I know that there's always gonna be people who are misinformed and misled about various sports car performance potential, but one would think with the info available on the web that skeptics would eventually see the truth
Oh well . . . those blind faithful come crashing back to reality on the street

I only read 3 pages but I don't really see where they were saying the thought the Porsche would win. They said it would be close, some said it would get destroyed, and a couple said it could win. BTW most of that talk they were talking about a 997tt, not a 996.
