Default Z28 v. Trans Am

I was heading up to wal mart the other night and up ahead of me I see a Red TA with duals dumped out the side leaving my neighbor hood. I did a fly by past him to let him know i was game.

We made a right to a open street and went at it in first gear, through first I put a half car on him and he was at my bumper somewhere in second when we let off.

It was real loud, sounded like long tubes and duals. I dont know what else was done to the car. He asked me what I had done I told him it was stock with a flowmaster. Then couldnt keep it in and told him gears and tuning.

I had an Ed Wright chip on my 3rd gen, that guy knows how to tune F-bodies.

Good kill man, I've had my LS1 for two years and still haven't raced another one.

Yea for some reason I rarely see LS1 or LT1 around here. I have not yet raced a fellow F-Body in the 3 years I've had my car.

Around where I'm at there is nothing but 'Stangs and Imports. There are very few Fbodies (I know of a few that are fast, but rarely come out), but my friend has a '96 Z28 M6 and is convinced his car (bone stock) is faster than mine. And I got gears on the way.
