I went off the overpass, no problem at first, it slopes down,....as I went down the slope, front wheel hooked, next thing I know, I land on my head and shoulders(got dandruff)....and pop right around to my feet(I was weraing a wife beater and a pair of jeans and helmut).

Picked up my now retarded looking bike, started it, and took off. Rode it to weston,....brought it into the store I was running at the time, and completely took the fairing off. Then went to the bathroom,....looked into the mirror,....and saw that I tore off my skin on both shoulders, and some off my hip. That was pretty much it. Never went to a doctor......wasn't that bad. The initial impact, really did hurt though. I don't know how I didn't snap my neck with how I landed.

Mistake? Yeah, big time.

Nice kill.
not all vettes cost $50k+

my '06 3LT Z51 coupe set me back $43k.

when I checked the prices on NEW 03 cobras they were running about $38k, plus a gas guzzler tax. I could have bought a new vette the same day and wound up with a lower car payment.

So with the mods listed on the original post;

03 Cobra Black, Steg STG 4 Ported Eaton and polished lower intake, Accufab TB/inlet, R+R Blower Spacer, LFP H/E, 17lbs Boost, CAI, 2.8 Pulley, 4lb lower w/Kenne Bell switch/chip tune, Magnaflow CB, Pro Chamber and 315 Nittos. 530+ RWHP.
I don't know how much these mods would cost, but who really has spent more money?

Good kill! I ran a 540 rwhp cobra from 60-130 and he put a solid 4 cars on me, so I know first hand how fast those bastards can be! Very nice cars too.

Bought the car for 25K

Car had
Magnaflow
2.8
CAI
TR6's

Ported Blower $ 495
Accufab $ 479
ProChamber $ 150
Spacer $ 179
4Lb Lower $ 295
H/E $ 329
Nittos pair $ 338
KB Tune $ 299
Polished lower $ elbo grease
All Labor Free, I own a shop.

So $2570 + $25k = $27,570 for a car that still smells new and had 27k on the clock. Break 10's with slicks, comforts and ac for $27k is a damn deal to me!
