Raced an 03 cobra

Raced an 03 cobra i have my high milage 98 Z, which i just got done putting a MS3 cam in and home ported 5.3's. stock everthing else with an ORY and a cutout. ran strong and traped 110 on a stock tune with stock stall and 2.73's...
so there was this cobra, and i wanted some. so we went from a 60 roll, not that great for my car, i am in 2nd at about 3,800 rpms and we go, instantly pulls a car on me, but then i get to 5k and he stops pulling, and if anything i pull back some, then i shift 6.5k and he pulls some again, for a total of 2 cars to 130......
after i talked to the guy, and it is a 450 RWHP car....
but even though i lost, and am very happy with the way my car performed.... with a tune stall and gears, he would have been in trouble...
