I think most people are having a hard time picturing this their mind.

He never impeeded the progress of the VW, he simply stayed in his lane and increased speed. When the VW went to pass he (VW) moved into another lane. Even if the VW driver was late, dying, running from the police, etc he was not slowed down either. He could go as fast as he wanted.

Lets face it, we ALL KNOW when some tool is being an idiot and ridding your but, when he slips into the other lane to go, I see nothing wrong with droppign the hammer.

Now if he changed lanes into oncoming traffic (dassed yellow) then thats when you swallow your pride and let the tool go by.

 

He sped up to block him from passing him.

Haha thats too funny, but seriously though if someone wants to ******* race you pull up along side the other person and look over and make a gesture to see if they want to race, you dont ******* ride their ***...if they want to line them up then go for it, otherwise keep going. Like the original poster said the guy was riding his *** for a while. He could have simply passed him in the other lane or pulled up next to him to see if he was game to race, and if not could have kept driving...that is why he is a ricer or a complete ******* moron if people perfer that term...riding someones *** is just completely retarded. Not saying not letting him pass is the best/safest idea but neither is riding someones ***, when you have a lane to pass them, for a long distance.

 

Also, I love how so many import owners on this board will fight over the term ricer. Like everytime that word is used its gauranteed that some import owner on this board will feel the need to be the Johnny ******* Cochran for all imports and rush to their defense. Seriously he would be a ricer if he was driving a camaro, trans am, corvette, mustang, etc, as ricer refers to the actions of the driver and not their actual car. I have had that **** happen way too many times, some assclown comes up and rides your *** for a half mile or so when they can pass, then they pull the ricer flyby and try to blast past you. I will just let them go but I can understand how people would want to show them who the faster car is because their actions are instigating a race, so they damnw ell better be prepared to run their car if they are going to pull moves like that.

 

Yup, 15.08 with a 3.0 60'... You would be suprised what a small car does with 300+ hp/tq
So I do not think the GTI or the dudes lid and free mod LS1 would keep up. I owned a 98 Formula with full exhaust and some free mods. Please do not think that I am the import driver sticking up for other import drivers. If it didn't snow in my area, I would still own a LS1. But for the mean time I'll rock out with my sleeper
