Who needs a supercharger???

My car is the avg ford. I have eaten LS1 before. Woulda raped me a GTO too, but he had full bolt ons and all that jazz and he slowly walked

 

The Mach-1's are right there, but could go either. Funnest race at the track stock for stock were with those when I first got my car. No doubt!

 

Also, if the speed gets into the triple digits, that's when the LS1 really shines.

It pulls up the tach in 5th gear almost as easily as 3rd. (At least mine does.)

 

Plus the mach-1's are a beautiful car. I love the shaker hood, and the wheels. I would take a modded mach-1 any day over a cobra if they ran dead even

 

Mach 1's are great looking cars, PS, the new Cobra runs 12.7@116 0-60 is 4.5 and the 'vert weighs 4,000+ and the HT about 3900. NOt much of an improvement if you ask me, oh, .92G skidpad.

 

They cant drive.

 

I agree, 116 trap should be mid 11's with a drag suspension and some slicks.

Yes 116 should be WELL below 12.7 - I'm not the best driver and I can muster a 12.4 trapping 114. Unless these guys are running 2.5+ 60's

 

Most GT owners in my area seem humbled and shy. I'm guessing a few quick cars made them that way.

 

 

No supercharger here and I spank LS1's all the time..

Only dumbass I've come accross is a moron with a 98 GT With Exhaust who thinks he'll kill me in a race because I have a Auto and he's a Manual.. Oh and don't forget the magical "Squeek" only he can hear? Other than that alot of Mustang owners I know are cool.

 

I find it interesting that some people hate on blower cars. Pretty funny
to me considering 99% of people would gladly take one if it was offered up.
