Lt-1 I'm at wal-mart doing some shopping. (yes my TA is my grocery getter) This guy in a LT-1 parks next to me. No biggie. Well turns I beat him out. I open the dump and go on my merry little way. A little ways down the road I see this guy coming up behind me. Too much traffic to race and I have already been pulled over on this road on my bike. So he revs some and passes me. I can't get behind him for like another 5 or 6 miles. So when I do we drive about another 5 or 6 miles to Bumpkinville hard accelerating each other the whole way. We get by ourselves on this tiny side road so I have to drive in the wrong lane. He asked me if it was an LS-1 and I said yeah. He said he only had an LT-1 but thought it would hang. No more do the words get out of his mouth and he is taking off. I had just put it in gear and did not have a chance to take off traction (I know should have already had it off) So I just punch it. Of course I hit the TCS and lose acceleration but still didn't lose any on him. In no time flat I was pullin on this guy. It was a small country road that I didn't know so when I got a good ways ahead of him I let off and switched back over to the right lane. I pulled off on a side street to talk to him but he just kept going. The bad part is my car is studdering at high RPMs from the headers.(gotta get a tune). Just thought I would share.

I just talked to my master mechanic and he believes I have a bad o2 sensor so that makes it even worse. It wasn't that bad of a jump though. Just caught me by surprise.
