Yah, most imports are usually just some "ricers" There is a couple that suprise me though. There is a Civic hatchback around here that is making 325whp on pump gas. He said he is going to turn the boost now from 16psi to 22psi and see what happens. 
Also yesterday one of my good friend's cousin had a 01' GSR turbo making 303whp and was running 12.7 on drag radials. These and Im sure you guys agree with me are not ricers. But a stock Civic that puts 100 stickers on and only has i/e and tries to race everyone is a "ricer"
