Nice Kill! I didn't know Monte Carlo SS's had 303HP. I always thought that they had the same supercharged 240HP 3.8L as the Gran Prix GTPs.

Ya the SS version gets the 5.3L with 303hp. Wish they would of made it RWD, but oh well. The new Malibu looks awesome though, first Ive seen of it...just looked at chevy.com

My best friend got an 06 Monte SS. The thing is pretty quick and looks awesome with the lazer blue paint job. I raced him from a dig and he took me off the bat,(the kid can launch a car). I caught up by the top of second or so, but from a 35 role i torched him hard. Awesome cars though, they can really light the tires up something fierce. Oh yea, the grand prix gxp and impala ss all have the 327 ls4. So watch out for family car sleepers.

Good kill. Those thing are definitely pretty damn quick. And depending on the race, 3-4 cars can be fairly close...

lol thats awesome. I've always loved the 5.3 in the trucks. But the Impala I drove really hauled ***. I was very impressed
