Ran a C6
IE.
"100hp" wet shot is like 110rwhp..and about 160rwtq.... typically.
Nice kill LS2killer... way to put bitches in check.
I did also had two cobras trying to catch up through medium traffic. The red one did and got beside me(appeared pretty stock). It was obvious we weren't gonna be able to run so he complimented my car and went his way. Later a white one lowered and probably some other goodies was driving pretty aggressive trying to catch me. He kept getting caught up and ended up turning off. I would of went out of my way to get a run. Soon I hope to have a vid of me running my friends 600rwhp whipple cobra. Due to my big weight advantage and traction I have a pretty good chance. I'll be sure to post it up.
Well I can't say it gave me wood, but it was fun
I think I'll take my chances that I won't be running into too many procharged C6, though the shop that tunes mine has a built procharged LS2 in theirs. From what I have heard they haven't held up to bosst too well as theirs blew at 3lbs. Of coarse there is always someone faster but on a day to day basis I doubt I'll run into too many 10 sec cars even though I live in Houston. And TLUZLS1, thanks for the love.

However, I've seen the opposite with respect to boosting the LS2...they have been holding up extremely well. I've got friends with Prochargers and some running 8lbs +...not problems.
If your shop blew one at 3lbs...better reconsider that shop!

Most won't admit it, but we all think we are fast untill we get our butts kicked, or we really do get a fast car and think back "what the hell was I thinking then". It's part of life I guess and it sure is fun.

Amen to that.
I do this for myself, not to prove I'm the fastest car out there (which will never be the case). I enjoy having a fast car, and I know people with faster and slower. I have no doubt that the $70K I have in my Vette with all the LPE work can get it's *** handed to it in at least one racing class (straight line, curves, etc.) by somebody in a car 1/5 as expensive. What is fantastic about the new cars (f-bods, vettes, stangs, etc.) is that you can have a 5-600hp (flywheel) reliable car that has a CD changer, navigation, a/c, etc. and is not a dedicated, stripped down, single purpose vehicle. Pretty damn impressive from what was happening 20 years ago.My favorite races are the ones with old school rodders (mainly because I am one) in nice 11-12 second 1st gen camaros, 2nd gen chevelles, etc. They seem to be the most surprised when the Vette zips by, although I think a lot of them are becoming more impressed with the newer cars.
Now, even if I had an "SVT" focus...I don't think I could fool myself into believing I had a ride that could take even a stock Vette...delusion is wonderful though!!!

It's basically a 250shot at the flywheel. In any case, you are getting an awesome gain.Tony
I was making us Vette owners look good...then here we go.
Can I be classified as an "atypical" Vette owner, please?

It's a "in" thing for F-Body owners to bash vetter owner at every opportunity.

Ive met quite a few cocky vette owners. Ive also met some cool *** vette owners. An old guy gave me the thumbs up with a C6 after we went head to head for a couple gears lol.
Its just the cocky guys that I hate. Thers just as many ******* camaro owners. Im gonna cruise in my stang tonite. Imma get so much **** if I run into the cocky camaro owners. No matter though, they are gonna be crying when they run into my LS1

Guess I'm saying I can hate the driver and still love the car!
Be careful out there tonight.
