Default Ran a C6

Coming home from Austin sunday cruising about 90-95 I pass a beautiful yellow C6. I didn't think much of it at first but after getting a couple hundred yards on him he comes storming by. I'd pull up next to him and he'd take off. This happened several times. I saw him laughing with his passenger. I realized at these speeds I doubt I could beat him on motor so I turned on the gas. My friend was sleeping in the passenger seat after a long weekend of partying. He had no idea what was going on. I pulled alongside of the C6 and gave three honks. Bottle pressure was low but I still pulled him like a freight train. I shut off after winding out 4th. Funny thing was, he never pulled up next to me again?

Cool. What kind of hp you putting down with the juice? So you started racing at 90mph, or did you slow to run?

What size shot are you running? You'd better be running close to or at least 120mph traps on the N20 to pull a C6 vette "like a freight train" Especially at higher speeds. What kind of numbers and times are you putting down on motor?

Yeah, most of the guys on this board seem to have it in for the "typical" Vette owner, so I thought I'd poke a little fun at us before somebody else go to it! Just so everybody is clear there are some of us that aren't "old guys" or "stuck up/cocky" Vette drivers.

The guy was in his late 30s to mid 40s. From what I could tell it appeared after I passed him he and his passenger, who I couldn't see decided to have some fun. I doubt he thought he was gonna kill me or was egotistical. Granted its a stang but with a cutstom paint job, 4" hood, and loud as hell, I hope it would get at least alittle respect, lol.

My car makes about 325/350tq na and about 540/650 on the gas. I almost put a 70mm on my car recently but couldn't afford a new tranny as well. Mine still has the original with alittle over 100k and whines like hell. I can't count how many times people asked me if I had a blower, lol.

It's very common for a "WET" shot to be high on numbers.

IE.

"100hp" wet shot is like 110rwhp..and about 160rwtq.... typically.

Nice kill LS2killer... way to put bitches in check.

I've learned that, regardless of what you drive, these days you can't assume your the baddest on the block. There's ALOT of different contraptions rolling around everywhere....just looking to walk on someone unsuspecting.

I thought I'd catch a couple people off guard with that one.

Plus, my car is in my avatar...which gives away my smart-*** nature!

That miracle juice is the great equalizer!
