Evo vs. SS So this new girl i am talking to, i went over her house last night and i see a evo in the parking lot looks like an older one evo 8 but any ways i walk in and i find out its her sisters boyfriends and he wanted to run my ss i am basically stock besides optional exhaust and i have a 6-speed he says he is stock too but i have to check it out. I am thinking about putting money on it so any predictions of out comes?

unless he is mild modded, dont get discouraged off the line, hell beat you to about 30-40 then its all you ......you should race to at least to 90 to really see a winner out of this....but in my opinion race for money to 100......and buy an intake with it

i doubt he is stock. how long has he had the car? inexperienced awd drivers tend to bog off the line. wut tires do u have? should b a good race. jus have some fun and dont worry about who should win cus alot of the time that person doesnt.

Check and see what year Evo it is first. If it is an older one, '03-'05, then you should take him, if its a new one it will more then likely come down to driver. Make sure he doesnt have a flash or MBC though. Both are hard to tell and make very big gains. Let us know the outcome too!!
well theres alot of factors to think about here. evos if you dont launch at a high enough rpm they will fall on there face and you will fly by him, if he gets a good launch big deal you should pull around pretty quickly. i think you will take him easily.
