He can make more if he chooses to. Plus I dont kow if the turbokit he purchased can make much more than that anyway. The point is, he has a reliable 650rwhp car, that is capable of beating 90% of the cars on the road. Granted it is alot of money, but to who!

I agree, for that sort of money they could have gone all out and installed a nice turbocharged V8 making 800-100rwhp all day long on pump fuel. I mean it's not as if they've got to worry about the waranty or anything.

5.4 Modular Ford motor like in the Ford GT should be good for over 1000rwhp on the stock long block on race fuel. And for less money, even if you factor in the R&D and conversion costs.

Or a 402ci bosted LSx.

Just to name two.

I didnt read all the replies but 2 things.

1. Yes, quick little focker

2. He probably could have flipped a house for the same money invested.

Black rims look tough though.

putting down 600-700rwhp from 350z/g35 is very impressive. good kill. would love to own one if i had the money.

h/c ls1 will not beat that 350z. need more than that.

wait, who was it that beat your car with a cammed only ls1 with 60 less rwhp than you.

A H/C ls1 could possibly beat that on low boost, just depends on the combo. There's a few here putting over 500whp.

I'm not gonna say if a strong h/c ls1 will or will not beat said 350z, but remember the z06 vs 350 thread that just got locked? The 350 had more hp, but the z's torque and power under the curve trampled the import. The same would apply to a h/c ls1 I would think. JMO

haha, average heads/cam car is like 420 or so for a medium/smaller sized cam.

there have been cars doing 500rwhp, but thats with HUGE cam, expensive heads, and a 90/90

I was reading this and thinking the same thing...Peak dyno numbers are nice, but I like to see the entire tit...not just the nipple. Let's see that 350z go from a dig against a LSx putting similar peak HP numbers down.

What the hell are you talking about. I made 15more rwhp than him and 60ftlb of torque more than him. It was a back and fourth battle all night. He is a full bolton ls1, no cam only. I suggest you watch the vids again my friend.

It was noted that the 350z was lying about his hp numbers. He only made low 400rwhp and not 550 as he suggested.

"Well can I hear the DRUM ROLE??????

That is the dyno from the 350Z.

But 520whp was a LIE!! He ran an 12.3@113 lol. (350whp Z's run that) 520WHP will bring a Z into low 11's at 125-130mph.

Check the thread.. This is hilarious.

So this would explain why he lost.

Ok, I have seen this a lot lately and I think now is the time to clarify it.

Cam only does not mean a completely stock car with just a cam. I think it is widely accepted that cam only means a full bolt-on or almost full bolt-on with a cam. The only part means it is Only a cam, instead of a heads/cam package which used to be the norm.
Who the hell puts a cam on a completely stock car??

25 psi, I'd suggest you stop posting these videos and stop arguing. Please get a life. Nobody likes you or respects you here, and your posts only make people hate you even more.

I know that your initial intentions were to educate us and to let us know that imports can be made fast, but most of us know that and those who don't are not worth your time or mine. And because now everyone knows you and hates you, your posts will not do jack ****. So please please please, stop wasting your time and making this website hate you even more...

Could not have said it better.
There are times when his smugness/pomposity start to melt the monitor (equal to those f***hole MKIV owners on the old LS1.com), or is that from the extreme heat of his "high boost deuce"?

LoL try 99% of the cars out there on the road! Thats a sick 350z, and the money arguement, although true, is lame, if you have money then spend it on what you want. Not everyone wants an f-body.
