A 2.2L I-4 found in the Prelude. Kinda the "big block" of Hondas for awhile, though obviously its not the largest or best choice. Frankly I have never been too impressed with it. It always seemed like the B20 and B18 cars were just as fast for cheaper, but thats my perception more than analysis.

I agree, the most impressive thing about the Prelude was it's 4 wheel steering.

Well maybe, but it doesn't alter the fact that they were.

So I apologise, but I'm just sick of people stereo typing and jumping to a stupid conclusion.

I mean people have been discussing such things ever since they started racing cars. Where as Ricer's are a much newer concept.

In fact it's more ricerish to assume ricers only talk of such things.

just some background... the mx6 had 4ws LONG before the prelude ('96+ or '97+ iirc). Mazda had it in their mx6/626 GT turbo back in 1988.

H22 is very low power output for it's size, and they're quite heavy. K-series, B16a, and B18c motors are much better.

Get off the B bandwagon

You want a Fast all motor car that you dont have to spend thousands on out of the box?

H22 is the way to go, geuss what they make somthing called TQ not alot but more than Bs do

This has been going on for years H22 Vs Bs

I would rather have a H22 hands down for a stockish motor, and a B if I was really planing on dumping my life savings into a 4cyc
