Default ran a c5 vert

ran a older man in a yellow c5, we went from a 25-90 roll, i gave him the jump and ended with 2.5-3 cars. as i turned off i gave him a honk and a wave and got a thumbs up in return. also he was the one who instigated(sp)the race.

a stock c5 depending on the year and tranny will put down the same as an f-body. around 280-320. its the same engine, the only reason c5 are a little faster is the weight difference and the aerodynamics.

correct me if I am wrong but doesnt the c5 (stock v. stock) have more rwhp than f-bodies do due to drive train? I am aware that the crank hp is the same. I am talking aobut rwhp.

No, usually f-bodies dyno more because they have a solid axle vs IRS on a vette.
