Hell, my pullied and tuned Cobra with 4.10's got 20 MPG Avg. and nobody drives more spirited than I did. Just couldn't get enough of that whine and the Borla's.

my 04 cobra gets prob 14-16 mpg ave...pully, tuned, no gears. Huge difference from the ss!

huge in what manner ? fuel milage or preformance or both? 03/04 cobra are ******* bad *** IMO in fact IMO they are the best mustang ford has put out since the 70's (maybe ever) again IMO

I miss my Cobra

I can't drive the Brute as a DD so I'm stuck with the truck.

Of course, when I go wheels up on the launch I don't miss it quite as much.

if you want to race a Lightning you gotta go from a dig. its not a highway roller, and was never intended to be one.

Yes they do suck horribly from a high roll. Of course the aerodynamics of a brick wall dont help

yeah, ive tried to run a couple times from about 75 against people, and the Lightning moves alright, but as you said its a flying brick.. most people realize a lightning shines from 0-80 then things start slowing down.

I raced a lightning from a 65 roll and got toasted. I had 224/224 and 3.73 gears at that time. I later found out he had 723rwhp though. The roll cage I saw coming out the PLEXIGLASS back window kinda gave it away as a high horsepower vehicle.

try three dollars here in hawaii for the good stuff. 91 baby. highest sales tax on gas in the nation.

that sux that 91 is the "GOOD STUFF" in Hawaii, and that it is 3.00 per gal. 93 octane is 2.07 here in Upstate SC.

93 is about 2.30 give or take in the ATL right now.

2.05 IN HTOWN..YEYYYYAAA..lol A4 WS6 and it' supposed to go lower, which= more driving time and more kills 4me, (see article):
