Despite a short race it's very possible. I have only seen two run in the 1/8th. The times would probably equate to low 12's @ 117-120 mph in the 1/4. Big MPH probably comes from the close gearing/powerband..he probably would have chased you down around 100. Good kill

Um...10-60 isn't a race in my book. It's a sneeze. That wouldn't be a race as much as its a test of reaction time.

Here's a stock Gallardo dynojet graph. It's a heavy 416 RWHP and 335 RWHP. They're slooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooow ... basically a low 12-second car. I just can't understand why a few people come on here and say a low 12-second car could pull my low 11-second car at 100 mph. Crazy ****, I tell ya'!!!

He still makes more power than you, better aerodynamics, better gearing, lighter, etc...... You didn't have enough time to make any difinitive conclusion. How do you know he was even running or all the way in it?

For the record, I definitely am not doubting this...it's just pointless to go for such
a quick WOT blast and call it a kill.

It's only overpriced if you can't afford it. I could say that an LS1 is overpriced cuz I could take a fox-body Mustang, a 351W, and run 10s for cheaper than you can even BUY a nice 6spd LS1. If you don't have the imagination to think of what you would do if you were a millionaire, thoughts=to yourself

I don't know what everyone else's deal is, but it's obvious to me.

Your car is built and runs low 11's. A stock Gallarado does runs low 12's.

^^^ Can everyone else read that?

Also, people need to realize that an auto with a stall and converter that puts down 400 rwhp is not that same as an M6 f-bod that puts down 400 rwhp.

It's not really my first post, cuz this site for some reason isn't keeping correct count, but I'll take that as a compliment

I have to agree with this

Reaction time in a race that lasted less than 3 seconds

I saw someone earlier say that Gallardo's are heavy.

If memory serves, Gallardo's have a curb weight of 3350 lb.

The Murcielago is a pig; it weighs just shy of 4000 lb.

One of the reasons that both premiere lambos trap roughly the same in the 1/4 even though there is an 80-116 hp discrepancy.

From a roll the Murcielago is a different performer

All of that being said, I still like to floor it against exotics no matter how short the race is I wouldn't necessarily call a short sprint a kill, but everybody's different

You were there, if it was straight-up . . . and you say kill; then good kill
