The thing I liked the most about the supra (when I had one) was the potential without even cracking the motor. A few grand in bolt ons and you have a car that traps 120...the turbo lag was not fun though. I love my ls1, but if I had the extra cash I'd drive a tt supra, s/c cobra, or viper. Don't hate me because I have no loyalty to GM...I'm loyal only in my addiction to power/speed.

That's OK. If I had the extra cash I'd drive a bolt on C6 Z06, Terminator, or '08 Viper (when it's out). Don't hate me because I AM loyal to domestics. Sorry, but I could NEVER bring myself to own/drive a TOYOTA, NO MATTER HOW FAST!!

is that dyno # for a twin turbo?

Yes. A healthy stock TT 6-speed should dyno 290-305 whp. A healthy stock TT auto can range from 275-295.

I'm just saying it's well known industry-wide that from the 80s, until VERY recently Honda and Toyota were consistently been the most reliable cars as a whole. Domestic manufacturers have almost closed the gap, but it's still there in many places.

Im driving a Camry right now (and believe me i'm not loving it), but every single day I think about the day that I can take the Camaro out of storage. I can picture it now, i'll wake up, the roads will be clean and dry, the sky will be blue and the birds will be singing... well its time for my medication...
