a stock lt1 will not hang with an a4 ls1. end of story. a4 ls1 have trapped up to 108 mph stock. i went 13.5@105 stock in my VERT. im by no means the fastest a4. a4 generaly trap 105 lt1 are lucky to break over 100. ive seen a couple 102 mph traps once or twice

when i was stock i ran vs a lt1 with cai and exhuast i ran 8.6@85 mph he ran 8.9@79 mph we both had 2.0 60fts.

so where was that "low end" dominance lt1 are supposed to have?

i dont doubt your races but dont compare lt1 to ls1 auto or not the ls1 is faster

Picking on a stock LS1, you crack me up. All the LT1 primarily has is exhaust work. Everyone says the LS1 owns the LT1 stock for stock and then an LT1 puts exhaust on the car and it's a different ball game. I'm sorry two cars that should dyno about the same are a bad match up to you...

To whoever is talking about the LT1 having it's share of mods. What are you talking about? Why do you LS1 people think this is hard to believe? Are you really that ignorant? The 02 SS pulled on the LT1 and was an overall faster car. A stock LS1 A4 traps about 103ish. That's exactly where an LT1 with the mods listed should be at. There is nothing weird, or strange about this. It's perfectly expected. I don't care about this guy you saw that has done all these mods and finally ran into the 12's. GREAT! Wow, you saw an LS1 run 12's with DR's. Cool, that was an M6 which was faster like we already went over! With the mods listed, on a cool night a 12.989 is reasonable. If not, 13.0-13.1.

Look how bad that LT1 pulled on the A4 LS1 with the same mods above. I'm not sure who posted it, but that is a prime example how much slower the A4 is...

Here is a video of the same LT1 that raced the stock A4 LS1 and 02 SS. This race is against an 05 GTO M6 and a 98 Cobra with full bolt ons. LT1 is camera car.
