My classes start the 6th of Feb. I dont have a place to stay yet. The apartments that the school uses are expensive and my room mate isn't going to be able to move for two months. So I've got some houing problems that have to be worked out this week. I'm looking at apartment close to Antoine on the north side of the city and a place to put my car that's safe.

Be honest, when you posted this here did you think it was going to create a (negative) stir?
No, most LS1 peeps like 03-04 Cobras, but it did cross my mind.

Nice kill man, Cobras are insane.

17MPG ain't bad at all considering your mods and power levels, either.

Bah...that stroker motor is a waste of money. A friend runs
8.50's with a stock '03 Cobra motor in a notch 'stang.

Well that's not a Cobra. But yeah, drop 600-700lbs. out of it (sticking it in a little notch) and they'll fly. Imagine how it would run with a few more cubes.
There are a few sweet notches out there with '03 drivetrain conversions.

I wish us MOD motor guys had a dart/aftermarket block that could be punched to 340-360ci. Someday

SHM has a 6.0... But it might be 5.4-based, and it's expensive.
