TBE, MBC set at 21psi, intake and tune, less then $1500 and with the slowest Evo model. Oh and a 5500 clutch quick slip, those of us who know how to drive dont drop the clutch.

with only 19psi. You act like it takes a ton of money to take these kinds of cars into the 12's. Why would you think an EVO would need a ton of boltons to run low 12's?
