Got one posted. Nice dogs by the way. Anyways, I guess I'll have to do the best I can in court. I will at least try. What's the worst that can happen if I am respectful? Just a "no" is what I'll get. I think I do have a chance of winning at least something since my record is clean. If you guys have any more suggestions, I would love to hear them.

K, first of all the place that they tell you to show up at between 8 and 3 will just be to tell them that you want to fight your ticket, then theyll give you a set date, time, and place to be (most likely a few months down the road).

Number two, DEFINITELY tell them about the fed-ex thing needing a clean driving record. When I was waiting for mine a few months ago the guy in front of me was an ariport shuttle driver who cut off a cop and drove him into the ditch on the freeway, and the guy had no case other than "...i didnt see him...". The judge said that he didnt want the guy to lose his job so they took the points off the ticket and he just had to pay the fine.

Number three, if the road is actually tricky/very busy/distracting and the sign isnt well placed take a bunch of pictures of it and get them blown up to bring to court with you. Be careful with that one though, only do it if you are sure they are gonna help you.

Wow, you got by pretty cheap. The cop was a complete *******. He couldn't even bump it down to 19 over which would've made the ticket only $138. My record was spotless until this happened. Maybe that fact will also help when I appeal the ticket.
