I've seen stranger things, but.... I highly doubt you beat one of the new Tundras.. those things were running mid 14's in all the Mags, and I think we all know they can't drive for ****.. I think someone at 3/4 throttle in a new Tundra is going to run a 15.0, those things are hauling serious *** and if you get a reg cab short bed with some DR's I wouldn't doubt a low..low 14 stock.. Good Kill anyways.

everything about toyota is overrated from their power to their durability. in the end, they're a company with products no better than anyone else that simply hides recalls and defects from the public until they get sued, all while costing twice as much to fix when they do break. they're probably the most greedy car company out there. good job sticking it to a toyota. honestly, who would even buy an import truck? that's like buying a hack saw to chop down a redwood.

i think i just don't like toyota i hate their business practices. they're very customer unfriendly.

It appears to be very quick to 60 but quickly falls off to average by the 1/4 mile mark.
The truck that ran 14.8@93.7mph is a ex cab 4x4 that tips the scales at 5600+curb weight w/o driver, that motor in a single cab 2wd would be knocking on 13s n/a!

Heres a single cab 2wd supercharged concept http://www.performancetrucks.net/for...d.php?t=384576

Oh, well. '07 Sierra - 1. '06 Tundra - nada. I'm proud of her anyway. I got a good race out of her before I ditch her for a WS6. Hopefully a 'vert.

Hahaha, if they have those putting out high 13's for some version of the truck, it's going to flippin' **** off a myriad of lexus buyers.

The 2wd reg cab with 5.7 still weighs 4900 lbs, I ain't lookin' for 13's. That's several hundred lbs heavier than mine.

As someone else stated, I also believe Toyota's over rated. The 5.3 rocks, kicked the yotas ***.

I actually saw one of the new tundras today in the parking lot of a local sporting goods store with dealer plates on it. I stopped and took a quick look. It was a crew cab 4x4 with the 5.7...the sticker was over 40k. For that I'd get a duramax crew cab. One other funny thing to note is that it's exhaust pipe looked like only 2.5". After seeing such a small diameter exhaust pipe I expected to see another on the other side, but it was not there.
