My buddy put LT's and an ORY with a dump on his 00 Z28 a couple months ago and dyno'ed it recently. It only made 312/320 on a dynojet. IMO he is losing power due to his exhaust.

A kid from school has an automatic 2001 C5 Vette it has Corsa exhaust, K&N FIPK, and a Hypertech Programmer. He wants to race for $500 should i be able to beat him? Just wondering?

i see i thought my car would be traping alot more too but idk i was thinking maybe it could be the 128,000 miles it has or maybe the elevation i live near amarillo texas!!! but the car with only a lid, 85mm maf sensor, smooth bellow, and cutout. At lubbock dragway i ran a 14.16 at 99.36mph!!! I really couldnt get good traction though!!!! also another question lol why cant i beat a camaro?????? lol i have raced a stock 35th ss wtih just 4.10 gears on a 30 roll he beat my by like 4 car lenghts and keep pulling!!!! also lost to a 1998 z28 with just a k&n fipk and a custom true dual exhaust system and same thing happened he just pulled away and kept pulling???????

It's not that Camaro's are faster (well some may argue they are little lighter, but that's splitting hairs).
Have you ever had your car tuned? Running the after market MAF could be throwing the fueling out of wack and not helping. But slapping the car on the rollers may show up any other issues.
Also what gears do you have? 2.73 geared cars will not be as fast as 3.23 geared Fbody's or manual ones.
Also what sort of altitude are you at? Afraid I don't know exactly where Amarillo is.
There are lots of factors which could be affecting your car but I would suspect something isn't quite as it should be. A stock 2.73 geared Fbody should still be able to trap 102mph+
